I forgot my password/how do I reset my password?

If you do not remember the password you set when signing up for your account/subscription, visit https://www.tugotv.app/forgot-password and follow the prompts to reset your password. 

Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for your reset email.

Please note that passwords are case sensitive.

If you do not remember your email used to create your account, please check your emails for your welcome email. If you are still having difficulties logging in, please submit a ticket.

If you created an account with Google or Apple ID, your login information is tied to that account and cannot be reset through our system.
